From either Florence or Rome, take the A1 and exit at Valdichiana. At end of exit ramp, turn right and take superstrada direction Perugia. Take 2nd exit for Cortona, then follow signs for Montepulciano until you see signs for Petrignano. Pass the town and after a short time, you will see the entrance to the Relais on your left.
