Learn the cuisine of the Veneto region while enjoying the wonderful hospitality of the Hotel Villa Luppis. Located 30 minutes north of Venice in Rivarotta, this country estate of Count and Countess Luppis was built as a monastery in the 10th century. Cooking demonstrations are scheduled for the late afternoon to allow participants time to visit the many historical sites of the Veneto.
Day 1: Arrival at the hotel. A 7:00 p.m. wine lesson will be followed by a wine tasting dinner.
Day 2: Buffet breakfast at the hotel with the day at leisure. A 5 p.m. cooking demonstration will cover menu planning, hors d'oeurves and first courses. Dinner at Villa Luppis.
Day 3: Buffet breakfast at the hotel with the day at leisure. The 5 p.m. cooking demonstration will feature main courses and desserts. Farewell dinner at Villa Luppis.
