Located 30 minutes north of Venice in Rivarotta, this country estate of Count and Countess Luppis was built as a monastery in the 10th century. Cooking demonstrations are scheduled for the late afternoon to allow participants time to visit the many historical sites of the Veneto. Day 1: Arrival at the hotel. A 7:00 p.m. wine lesson will be followed by a wine tasting dinner. Day 2: Buffet breakfast at the hotel with the day at leisure. A 5 p.m. cooking demonstration will cover menu planning, hors d'oeurves and first courses. Dinner at Villa Luppis. Day 3: Buffet breakfast at the hotel with the day at leisure. The 5 p.m. cooking demonstration will feature main courses and desserts. Farewell dinner at Villa Luppis.
