Day 1: Arrive at Villa Di Monte Solare. Enjoy a welcome drink and presentation of the program activities. Then experience gourmet dining at the hotel's acclaimed Dolium restaurant.
Day 2: Breakfast at the hotel. At 10:00 a.m. begin a hands-on cooking lesson and learn traditional Italian cooking methods as well as the preparation of regional dishes. Enjoy what you have prepared for lunch, accompanied by wine specifically selected for the meal. Included is a recipe booklet of the dishes you have prepared.
The afternoon is free to relax by the pool, or for a walking tour (map provided) to discover the beautiful surrounding countryside. Evening on your own.
Day 3: After breakfast, drive to Torgiano to visit the Lungarotti Foundation's Wine Museum, one of the finest in the world. Giorgio Lungarotti was the first wine producer to export Umbrian wines, but his fame has grown enormously because of the importance of the collections shown in his museum. Enjoy a wine tasting with Umbrian specialties in the "Osteria".
The afternoon is free to explore the nearby medieval walled hill towns of Montefalco and Bevagna.

Day 4: After breakfast, begin your Olio Therapy treatment at "Le Muse" Spa. Included is a skin analysis to determine your skin's needs and the appropriate treatment product; a body peeling with sea salt from Sicily and olive oil from Monte Solare; use of the Bagno Le Muse (Turkish bath, sauna, relaxation zone); and a body wrap followed by an aroma massage for the face and body using olive oil produced on the estate.

Day 5: After breakfast, enjoy a day of shopping! Driving directions and a shopping booklet will be provided. In the morning, visit a weekly market in a nearby village with lots of local produce such as fruit, vegetables, herbs, cheese and the famous "porchetta," or delicious truffles and mushrooms. In the afternoon, shop for typical Italian and Umbrian products such as cashmere sweaters (a factory outlet is nearby!), ceramics and pottery, textiles and fabrics, sportswear and fashion.
