JDB Ground specializes in "made to measure" group tours with itineraries custom designed based on your group's special interest: Art and Architecture, Food and Wine, Villas and Gardens, Shopping, Golf or even a mix of them all. JDB Ground works closely with the travel agent to make these tours exceptional, choosing special restaurants, unusual sights, and private venues open only for your clients. The end result is a final itinerary that meets your clients' needs, stays within your clients' budget and offers a truly unique, memorable experience.
Planning a Group Itinerary
Your JDB Sales Representative will discuss with you ideas for a basic itinerary and suggest hotels for your group, based on your overall group budget. You will then be contacted by our ground supplier for an initial planning session, where you will be given suggestions of what could be arranged within your group's budget. Factors influencing the price include the number of paying passengers, category of hotel and number of meals included in the itinerary.
PLANNING FEE
The next step is to create a detailed, custom program for which a planning fee of $250 is charged for groups of up to 20 persons, payable in advance.
DEPOSIT, PAYMENT, CANCELLATION
The $250 planning fee is applied to the final group payment, but is not refundable should the group not travel. The actual deposit, payment and cancellation requirements depend on the final itinerary and will be clearly stated in the group contract.
