JDB Tours do not have to be booked in conjunction with a hotel booking, private villa or apartment rental. Most vehicles used for tours are Mercedes vehicles: E-class, V-class or Sprinter, and 16 seat minibuses. However, JDB Ground retains the right to substitute a different vehicle if necessary. Tour itineraries are subject to change due to site closings, inclement weather, strikes or other unforeseen circumstances. JDB Ground reserves the right to substitute a venue or site during a tour in the event the scheduled site is not available. In rare instances it may be necessary to reschedule the starting time of the tour; in such situations, clients will be notified in advance.
Entrance fees to museums and exhibits are not included in the rate unless indicated, nor are gratuities for drivers and guides. Unless otherwise indicated in the tour description, tours begin at either 9:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m. and are available daily. Preference for either morning or afternoon tour must be indicated at the time of booking. The guide will meet clients at their hotel, unless another meeting point is designated in the itinerary. Clients staying in private apartments will be advised of the meeting point in their tour confirmation. Rates are subject to change.

Florence Walking Tour
3 Hours
Florence is home to some of the greatest architectural monuments in the world. The morning will be spent walking its streets and discussing its art, architecture, history and folklore with an expert guide. The tour will include visits to Brunelleschi's Duomo, the Church of Santa Croce, Palazzo Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria and the Ponte Vecchio.

Masterpieces of the Uffizi
3 Hours
The Uffizi offers an unrivalled opportunity to see some of the greatest works of the Renaissance including masterpieces by Leonardo Da Vinci and Botticelli. Guests won't have to wait in line, but will enter with a reservation and tour the gallery's treasures with the help of an expert guide. Then enjoy a walking tour of the surrounding Piazza della Signoria with its Palazzo Vecchio and famous statues under the Loggia dei Lanzi.

The Accademia and Medici's
3 Hours
See Michelangelo's famous "David" and other masterpieces of the Accademia Gallery with your expert guide. Enter with a reservation without having to wait in line. Then visit the San Lorenzo complex to view the splendid Medici chapels decorated with frescoes and inlaid stones, or visit the first residence of Cosimo di Medici, known as the Palazzo Medici Riccardi.
Upon request, the Accademia Gallery can instead be paired with a visit to the Florentine workshop that manufactured the rare and precious stones for the Medici family, the Opificio delle Pietre Dure, where you will see paintings on stone, works in pietra dura and imitation and polychrome marble, as well as oil paintings.

The Oltrarno and Pitti Palace
3 Hours
Tour the breathtaking Pitti Palace, once residence of the Medici Family and considered one of Brunelleschi's greatest architectural accomplishments. Your expert guide will accompany you through the museum's majestic halls where you will view masterpieces by such artists as Canova, Titan, Raphael and Botticelli. Tour the Galleries of Costumes and Modern Art and conclude the morning with a walk through the hidden streets of the Oltrarno artisan quarter where you will get the rare opportunity to glimpse the artists at work.
