JDB Transfers do not have to be booked in conjunction with a hotel booking, private villa or apartment rental. Most vehicles used for Mallorca transfers are the Peugot 607 sedan, Mercedes Vito minivan, and Iveco minicoaches or coaches. However, JDB Ground retains the right to substitute a different vehicle type if necessary. Although we strive to find fluent English speaking drivers, at times we must rely on drivers whose knowledge of English is limited to basic communication. Drivers are not guides; their responsibility is to transport clients in comfort and safety. Rates for the most frequently requested transfers are listed below, and are subject to change. Clients who arrive late for a transfer - that is do not exit the airport customs area within an hour of the flight's arrival - will be responsible for charges for driver waiting time. Should the client miss the scheduled transfer for any reason, the client will be charged the full fee for the missed transfer and is not entitled to a refund. Please advise at the time of booking if the client has a physical disability, if there are children needing a car seat, or if clients have more than one suitcase and carry on bag each.

Palma de Mallorca

Standard Transfer

Upon arrival at Palma Airport, clients collect their baggage and go to the Transunion Desk in front of Gate F. A staff member will have a list of incoming clients and will direct them to the appropriate driver.

Clients arriving by cruise ship will find their driver at the end of the ship's gangplank, and for those arriving by ferry, the meeting point is at the Pier Station.

A € 41 surcharge applies for transfers between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

Deluxe Transfer

A Deluxe Arrival Transfer includes the services of an Assistant from arrival at the airport or port to check-in at their hotel. This includes meeting clients at baggage claim, assisting with their luggage, taking them to their driver, and accompanying them to their hotel.

The Deluxe Departure Transfer includes the services of an Assistant from the hotel lobby to check-in at the airport or the port.
