JDB Transfers do not have to be booked in conjunction with a hotel booking, private villa or apartment rental. Most vehicles used for transfers are Mercedes E-class, V-class & 16 seat minibuses. However, JDB Ground retains the right to substitute a different vehicle type if necessary. Although we strive to find fluent English speaking drivers, at times we must rely on drivers whose knowledge of English is limited to basic communication. Drivers are not guides; their responsibility is to transport clients in comfort and safety. In Italy, countryside and city roads are often narrow; therefore Italian vehicles are smaller than those in the U.S., and airconditioning is not as cold as in U.S. cars.

Rates for the most frequently requested transfers are listed below, and are subject to change. Clients who arrive late for a transfer - that is do not exit the airport customs area within an hour of the flight's arrival - will be responsible for charges for driver waiting time. Should the client miss the scheduled transfer for any reason, the client will be charged the full fee for the missed transfer and is not entitled to a refund. Please advise at the time of booking if the client has a physical disability, if there are children needing a car seat, or if clients have more than one suitcase and carry on bag each.

Executive Transfer to Capri and Ischia
An Executive transfer includes transportation by private car to the dock in Naples, driver assistance with luggage, and tickets for the hydrofoil to Capri or Ischia (driver will give clients their boarding passes). Clients travel by themselves to the island and on arrival the JDB Assistant welcomes them, transfers their luggage to a private car, travels with them to their hotel and assists with check-in.
