Located about four blocks from the Via Veneto, and originally built in 1870 by Venetians, this hotel's fully equipped rooms offer every modern comfort including satellite television, mini bar, and marble bathrooms. There are five junior suites with whirlpool tubs. Facilities of the hotel include a really wonderful, art laden, intimate cocktail bar off the art deco lobby with piano music in the evening (making it a popular gathering spot); a truly excellent gourmet restaurant, as well as a fitness center for the use of hotel guests. The rooms are a nice size and feature either twin or king beds. Suites have very attractive aromatherapy amenities. There are no connecting rooms; however, a family of three can be accommodated in a double room with a sofa bed, and a family of four can be accommodated in a junior suite. And as an added plus, the hotel is managed by Marco Sarlo, a very good friend of JDB. And what a wonderful staff he has put together! They ensure that JDB clients receive special attention. The hotel offers valet garage parking as the hotel does not have a garage.
